The Scorpions concert was held at Forum de Beyrouth on Nov.30 1996, organized by “Buzz Productions”. The German world wide known rock group moved for 2 hours and 20 minutes, over 15000 spectators, with “Wind of Change”, “Send me an angel”, “you and I” and many other songs.
